What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groomer's Assistant position at Bark Avenue Play and Spa?
We are a luxury pet salon located in O’Fallon, MO currently looking for a candidate to fill our Groomer’s Assistant position. We are seeking a motivated, reliable and caring individual to join our team. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the industry!
Responsibilities include:
- Properly bathing, drying, and brushing each dog to prepare them for our groomers
- Nail trims (training provided on the job)
- Maintaining cleanliness within the salon
- Checking clients in & out
- Answering phones
Shifts would be Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm & two Saturdays per month. No major holidays. No prior experience is required as we do on the job training, however some experience with animals is always a plus! This is a part-time to full-time position.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
