Landscape Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Track and record labor times and material usage on select projects and within our facility for project tracking, billing, and ordering.
• Organize, load, and deliver job-specific equipment and material to our residential projects.
• Supervise and guide team(s) performing daily and periodic horticultural and landscape duties on our projects and at our facility.
• Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and exceeds company quality standards.
• Maintain/track usage of our on-site stock material.
• Oversee corporate fleet maintenance schedule.

Desired Qualifications:

• Exceptional level of detail with a willingness to learn and blend with a team high on culture and teamwork.
• Experience operating a variety of equipment (skid steers, excavators, loaders, etc.)
• Experience operating landscape trucks and towing trailers (DOT physical a must)
• High level of professionalism and the ability to represent the brand.
