Landscape Services Accounts Manager

Barks Road Landscape Architecture, Ltd. Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of up to four crew members.
• Conduct face to face meetings with clients to review daily task lists.
• Assist management and construction supervisors to achieve superior quality final products.
• Assist with the installation and care of woody, perennial, and annual plant material.
• Evaluation of plant material post-installation and conduct replacements and adjustments.
• Hand pruning of shrubs and small trees, and container planting and maintenance.
• Procure materials and supplies.
• Track time and material usage on multiple properties daily to process for invoicing.
• Complete, process and approve paperwork with accuracy and be responsible for financial management and quality control.
• Ensure smooth transition from construction to maintenance.
• Conduct observational visits to managed properties and advise management for scheduling.
• Generate ideas, estimate, propose and sell value added enhancement projects to better improve the function and aesthetics of your clients’ properties.
• Work closely with management to coordinate a diverse mix of maintenance and enhancement work within your portfolio.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
