Job Summary:
The Nursing Manager/ Admin clinical Supervisor promotes and maintains the quality and effectiveness of patient care by coordinating and managing the evaluation and improvement of the total range of patient care services. In the absence of the Administrator and/or designee, the Nursing House Supervisor has the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions and appropriate notification of the Administrator-on-Call. The Nursing Supervisor executes complex managerial and administrative responsibilities associated with critical health care issues of the patients.
The Nursing Manager/ Admin clinical Supervisor has the primary responsibility to create and promote an environment that facilitates quality patient care by ensuring evidenced-based and competent practice by the clinical staff. This position is to promote the growth and facilitation of staff development activities that support the delivery of quality patient care and maintains safe and competent practice. The focus is on assessing the needs of the patients, then planning, organizing, and providing education specific to the patient population needs, disease management, critical thinking, decision making about patient care changes in condition. Creates a culture where driven by the needs of patients so clinical staff can provide care in an environment focused on clinical excellence. Coordinates programs in conjunction with the Staff Development Coordinator, and Clinical and Department Directors.

Pay: $95,188.72 - $141,711.83 per year
