Job Title : Weekend Nurse Supervisor

Position Overview : We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of top-notch patient care during the evening shift. Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during the evening shift.
  • Oversee patient care activities and ensure compliance with established standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans.
  • Conduct regular rounds to assess patient status and address any issues promptly.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall patient care.

Qualifications :

  • Valid RN or LPN license in New Jersey.
  • Proven experience as a Nurse in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and best practices.
