- Candidates should have 4 to 7 years of experience representing corporate policyholders and insureds, in and out of court, in disputes with their insurance carriers.
- Candidates should also demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills; as well as strong academic credentials.
- The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated to be part of an active national practice, demonstrate initiative, assume responsibility for client matters, and possess the interpersonal skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team.
- Admission to the California Bar is required.
