We are looking for an Operations Specialist to be part of a team to facilitate all aspects of our company's daily operations. The operations specialist's responsibilities include managing inventory, handling daily shipments and returns, troubleshooting and problem solving that leads to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily fulfillment
- Perform day to day shipping by following SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
- Manage international shipments and ensure compliance with export regulations
- Assisting Inventory and warehouse Management
- Manage physical locations, labeling, and organization of warehouse
- Count inventory and consumables regularly and maintain accurate records
- Receive and process physical returns and paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Troubleshooting and Rework
- Troubleshoot product issues and perform light rework as necessary to ensure product quality
- Flash new firmware to products
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations and warehouse/logistics
- Be able to work in the office 5 days a week
- Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands
- Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset
- Effectively communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Experience in Microsoft Products and inventory management software
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
