Barron Property Services is currently seeking a highly skilled Property Maintenance Technician for a full time position!

Barron Property Services is a locally owned and operated company that has been in business for over 15 years. BPS excels in property management while offering professional maintenance and renovation services. This is a full time position with consistent and guaranteed work.

Job Description

  • Diagnose service ticket issues and take appropriate action
  • Residential repairs including hvac, plumbing, painting, electrical, carpentry, etc.
  • Rent ready cleaning: mopping, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, trash removal, etc.
  • Roof repairs, gutter cleaning, exterior painting, etc.
  • Replace furnace filters, water heaters/softeners, plunging/snaking toilets,
  • Admin task: completing service tickets, completing notes, tracking mileage, etc.

Bonus Attributes

  • Light to extensive experience in roofing (patch & repair experience ideal)
  • Knowledge of how to repair appliances (stoves and fridges)
  • Capacity to pull a 12 ft. aluminum trailer (trailer mileage is reimbursed)
  • Great problem solving skills in solving complex issues

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in residential/apartment maintenance preferred
  • Reliable transportation - truck with capacity to haul a trailer is strongly preferred
  • Own basic/necessary tools to complete the required work
  • Cell phone
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • High School Diploma/GED
