Full Time Bookkeeper
Barrington Jewels is looking for a book keeper to join our team. The job will be a full time position.
Responsibilities:
⦁ Accounts Receivable/ Billing/ Collections
⦁ Accounts Payable
⦁ Record payments received to appropriate cash receipts journal
⦁ Conduct a monthly reconciliation of accounts
⦁ Financial reports and status updates
⦁ Banking transactions and relationships
Requirements:
⦁ Experience in Accounting
⦁ College degree in Accounting or related field is a plus
⦁ Strong proficiency in Quickbooks
⦁ Experience in Excel
Barrington Jewels is an established, upscale store offering fine jewelry, engagement rings & custom designs, plus repairs. The store has been family owned and operated with over 30 years of serving Indianapolis.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
