Barron & Pruitt seeks an experienced litigation paralegal for their insurance defense practice. Ideal candidates will have 2 years of Nevada litigation experience. Candidates should have experience e-filing in state and federal courts, assisting with all aspects of discovery, preparing pleadings, summarizing medical records and depositions, and assisting with trial preparation.
