Function in a team environment. Respond appropriately to emergencies. Good listening skills and ability to quickly develop rapport with a patient. Capable of patient evaluation, plan, intervention and re-evaluation. Administer treatments. Provide diagnosis-specific patient education. Meet documentation requirements. Work independently and have good time management. Organize and prioritize daily work. Sound judgment. Communication clearly: verbal, written, telephone and electronic. Effective and efficient use of computers. Meet safety needs of patients. Operate equipment. Participate in conferences, staff meetings, and in-services including community events and hospital staff in-services. Supervise assistants and students. Weekend inpatient rotation. Develop good working relationship with referral sources.
Wage scale: $45.00 - $80.00 per hour
