JOB SUMMARY:
The Building Supervisor is responsible for maintaining control and monitoring the building, overseeing room rentals, greeting patrons as they come in and go out and assisting patrons and program instructors, as needed. Other responsibilities include:
- Provide overall supervision of the building to ensure all programs are running smoothly and that customers are served beyond their expectations.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the building on a continual basis
- Unlock and lock doors for instructors and renters.
- Monitor rooms/renters, checking to see that doors are locked and lights are off when the rooms are not being used.
- Assist in set up and take down of rooms when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age and a high school graduate or equivalent. Requires strong people and customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff and the public.
HOURS & PAY:
Shifts vary, but hours per week is approximately 5-10. Shifts are on weekends, including Sunday evenings.
