Healthcare Assistant

At Bartley Healthcare, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide vital support to patients across inpatient and long-term care settings.

Responsibilities:

• Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Assist with daily care tasks, including personal hygiene and mobility
• Set up meal trays and document food/fluid intake
• Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
• Transport residents within the facility
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data

Requirements:

• Previous experience in inpatient settings or long-term care preferred
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology is essential
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others
