We are hiring
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- to provide essential patient care and support within our healthcare team. This role focuses on direct
- patient care
- supporting nursing staff, and contributing to the well-being and comfort of patients.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Assist patients with
- daily living activities
- such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
- Monitor and record
- vital signs
- temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
- Maintain
- patient hygiene
- and ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Report changes in patient conditions to nurses and healthcare professionals.
- Assist with
- turning, repositioning
- and moving patients as needed.
- Accurately update
- electronic medical records (EMR)
- and documentation.
- Requirements :
- Valid CNA Certification
- in NJ (REQUIRED).
- Basic knowledge of EMR systems
- and ability to document patient care.
- Excellent communication skills
- and attention to detail.
- Compassionate, patient-centered care approach.
- Ability to work in a
- team-oriented environment
- Preferred Qualifications :
- Previous experience
- in a
- hospital, long-term care facility, or rehab
- setting.
- Strong multitasking abilities
- in fast-paced environments.
