Job Title: Home Base Medical Care Physician
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage care for neonates in a NICU.
- Perform daily rounds (1-3 hours) and remain on-call for the remainder of the shift.
- Attend emergent C-sections and high-risk deliveries as needed.
- Utilize Allscripts and Medhost electronic health record systems for documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to neonatal care.
- Stay updated on the latest neonatology practices and technologies.
Experience in NICU care is required. Mississippi state medical license is also necessary.
Salary : $300,000 - $350,000
