MAJOR FUNCTIONS
This is an Air Traffic Controller (ATC) position working for the Bartow Airport Authority. Employees perform essential functions as outlined herein according to the functional assignment area. The work schedule will be four rotating 10-hour shifts. The Control Tower is open seven days a week 7:30 - 17:30. Closed Easter Sunday, Independence Day, and Christmas Day.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS
Education and Experience.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); with a minimum of three years of tower experience.
Experience in Microsoft Excel preferred.
Licenses.
CTO license
Aviation weather certification
Current Class II flight physical
