BASECK TRAINING is a new HIIT studio in Haddonfield, NJ. We are a self lead or coached circuit based full body workout, designed to get you in and out in 30 minutes. We hold our clients accountable to their goals so they get the right results in the right amount of time! During your workout you generate points which turn into money donated toward one of our six charities we have partnered with. The harder you workout, the more we give, it's that simple!
We are looking for Performance Navigator's to join our BASECK TRAINING Team! The Performance Navigator is responsible for managing individual relationships with members to hold them accountable to their overall fitness goals and help them navigate their way to a healthier lifestyle and ideal physique. The Performance Navigator will be in charge of members results ranging from regular communication and accountability, metabolic assessments, 3D body scan results, nutritional support, selling memberships as well as apparel and supplements. The Performance Navigator will be the go to with any member/staff issues, as well as holding all team members to the BASECK TRAINING standards.
The following are requirements of the position:
-Must have a personal training certification through a nationally recognized organization.
-Must have at least high school diploma or GED.
-Super friendly and enthusiastic with members and other staff.
-Ability to answer calls, as well as helping members choose the right membership and sign up.
-Helping to make sure studio is kept clean and organized.
-Assisting new members with a tour of our studio.
-Following up with current clients, keeping them accountable for their goals.
-Assist with marketing/outreach for new members.
