Position: Bartender

Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly

Compensation: With tips, average of $20/hour

Availability Expectations: Open availability; PM availability preferred

About Position:

The Bartender position is responsible for preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for the bar and patrons. This position is expected to assess the bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations.

Job Requirements:

• A thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor and cocktails is required.
• Ability to utilize restaurant POS software
• Great attitude and positive outlook
• Strong customer service
• Ability to stand for a long time and move quickly
• Excellent oral communication skills required
• Relevant training or certificate
• High School diploma/GED
• Bartending experience preferred but not required
• Previous experience in restaurant is preferred
