Direct Care Staff for a home serving individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities in Santa Rosa are needed. Our staff are responsible for supporting the daily living activities for our residents such as assisting with recreational activities and independent living skills using a positive behavioral approach and maintaining a clean and safe home environment.
Shift(s) needed: Evenings 2PM - 10PM
Qualifications: 6 months experience working with adults or children with intellectual disabilities; must pass a criminal background check through DOJ. Must have HS diploma or equivalent. We offer Medical and Dental benefits. Lic#496803687
Passing the Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) exam is required within the first year of experience. We will provide the training. Once the exam is passed, the pay rate will go up to $28. more information: www.bacb.com. If the applicant is already an RBT or Psychiatric Technician, the starting pay is $28.
Pay scale for DSP: $26-$30. Lead Staff: $32-$35
