Job Description
- Works with members to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries.
- Assists members with account maintenance.
- Processes card disputes.
- Backs FSOs up with opening accounts.
- Identifies opportunities and cross sells/offers products and services to our members.
- Answers call overflow from the Contact Center.
- Demonstrates the Credit Union's Core Values (Service with an EDGE, Solutions, Adaptability, Respect, Accountability).
- Performs other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
- One to three years of similar or related experience.
- A high school education or GED.
- Hours are 8AM 4:30PM Monday-Friday.
