THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of retail management experience, preferably within a durable goods setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage confrontational situations courteously
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong technical aptitude and a basic understanding of electronics
- Ability to accurately read gauges and work with your hands
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred:
- Outside sales experience

You work to ensure everyone is in tune with safety rules, regulations, and company policies.
