We are headquartered in Conroe Texas and have facilities in Livermore and Corona, California.
We are looking for a Production Coordinator for our Conroe facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains SAP Material master record plant views.
- Extends engineering bills of material to SAP plant view for component level assemblies and assigns components to SAP projects with direction from Industrial Engineers.
- Assists Industrial Engineer to load demand for material to drive the Material Requirements Planning process.
- Initiates procurement of buyout items.
- Considers material availability and capacity requirements to schedule and monitor production orders through completion.
- Releases and closes all rework orders for Non-Conformance Reports. Sets up billing to recover costs as needed.
- Inputs customer sales order data in SAP.
- Cooperates with Warehouse & Logistics team to insure on-time delivery of completed customer orders.
- Assists with sales order and production reporting.
- Tracks and archives all work order and sales order paper and electronic filing accurately and completely.
- Performs other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Education and Training – Bachelor’s Degrees in Supply Chain Management or Engineering; other as deemed sufficient by manager.
2. Technical Requirements – Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). SAP Production module knowledge or experience preferred.
3. Experience – at least two years of experience or as deemed sufficient by management.
4. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, sit, kneel, crawl, see, read, hear, have the physical and mental ability to travel independently and the physical and mental ability to comply with customary workshop, office, job site work environments, safety requirements and other customary regulations and requirements in these environments.
