• Wage: $3.84/hour plus tips (average reported including tips $20-$30/hour)

About our Hospitality Team:

The Bavarian Inn Restaurant of Frankenmuth is expanding our awesome hospitality team! We are looking for energetic, guest-focused, cheerful, and motivated individuals who are ready to work in a fun and fast paced environment. The Bavarian Inn Restaurant serves over half a MILLION family style (all you care to eat) chicken dinners a year– creating enjoyable experiences for all our guests both near and far. Previous serving experience is always welcome, but not required as we will give you all the training you will need.

Our servers are responsible for exceeding our Guest’s expectation with hospitable, friendly service by offering the best value and exceptional experience for each Guest. We serve up to 4,000 guests each Saturday, and our servers play a key role in creating enjoyable, memorable, and fun experiences to keep them coming back for more. Servers prepare for the arrival of dining guests by clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables between rounds plus general maintenance of dining room during shift. Servers are also expected to attend to our guests’ needs from start to end of their visit including greeting, order taking, and full dining service in a friendly and efficient manner.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age (17 with completed alcohol training)
• Ability to lift weights up to 50lbs & stand/walk for shift of 8 hours.
• Must be available Saturdays, Sundays, & Holidays
• Friendly demeanor and positive attitude required
