Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday; 7:00AM – 6:00PM
Starting Pay
Draw against Commission – 40K to 90K per year

What You'll Do as a Service Advisor
- Advises customers about necessary service for routine maintenance.
- Helps identify a mechanical problem by asking investigative questions or by performing a visual inspection and/or road test.
- Confers with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, and prepare work order for needed repairs.
- Prepares a repair order showing time, cost and labor estimates for service.
- Writes a brief description of the customer's concern on the repair order to help the technician locate the problem.
- Explains the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer.
- Handles customer complaints.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
What You'll Need as a Service Advisor
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience in the Auto Industry and/or as a Service Advisor strongly preferred
- Ability and desire to make a POSITIVE IMPACT with EVERY INTERACTION
- Have the drive to create REMARKABLE EXPERIENCES for our customers
- Valid driver’s license
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR and drug test.
