Bay Area Compliance Laboratories, Corp. (BACL) is a global service leader in testing, consulting, certification and regulatory approvals management firm. We provide services in the areas of: Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), Radio Communications, Telecommunications, Product Safety, Lighting and Energy Efficiency.

Job Title: Accounting Administrative

Reports to: Dept. Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Duties and Responsibilities, include but are not limited to those listed below

· Issuing Purchase Orders and Invoices; develops and implements system for accurate storage and maintenance of Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Customer Contracts records and files.

· Monitoring all account payable checks; preparing invoices/ providing updates on all accounts.

· Maintaining files on all account receivables and updating records as required.

· Performing research, reconciling all bank accounts, resolving all issues in progress.

· Preparing payroll reports on monthly and fortnightly basis.

· Evaluating all physical contracts with products and billing plans.

· Evaluating all agreements and invoices.

· Managing all petty cash and preparing cash flow reports.

· Coordinating with management and recommending improvement in quality of accounting, providing operational support.

· Assists with other duties as needed/as assigned by management, including providing Front Desk, Administrative, Facilities and Sales team support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • QuickBooks is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
  • Detail-oriented
