We are a non-profit organization seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team for Home Community Based Services (HCS). In this role, you will be responsible for providing paperwork and training support to our clients and their families. This position is at most 40hrs a month.
Responsibilities :
- Conducting assessments and developing care plans for clients
- Providing training and education to clients and their families on various health topics
- Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for clients
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client care
