We are seeking a Dispatcher with customer service experience to join our team. You will be responsible for scheduling rides for passengers, providing information regarding our services, communicating with the drivers, pass sales, farebox counting plus other duties. We offer paid training and a flexible work schedule.
Responsibilites
- Handle customer inquiries, pass sales, scheduling trips
- provide information regarding the service, including locations and times
- Document and update customer records
- Farebox management
- Assist drivers with requests
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service is preferred
- knowledge of calculators, computers and related software
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- positive and professional demeanor
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
