What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Team Leader position at Bay-Arenac Behavioral Health?
Team Leader
$1000 Signing Bonus! Position available to coordinate limited aspects of team operations including clinical consultation, assisting with scheduling staff, reviewing clinical documents, providing input on administrative projects and giving input to the Clinical Services Program Manager related to staff performance. Reviews the work of a team of professionals to ensure interventions are clinically appropriate. Provides crisis intervention, preadmission screening services, access screenings, and substance use disorder screenings. The work hours will be 3 PM - 11 PM.
Qualifications
Minimum of a master's degree in social work, psychology or counseling with appropriate licensure or certification to provide behavioral health treatment to populations served. Previous supervisory experience in a mental health setting and a Substance Use Disorder credential preferred. Must have competency in information system applications and have a valid, unrestricted Michigan driver's license and availability of reliable transportation for outreach work.
