Bay Custom Auto is immediately hiring for an Estimator for our busy shop in Newport News and Chesapeake. Candidates with autobody estimating experience are preferred. This individual should be dependable, team orientated, organized, & have leadership qualities. Full Benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401k, short term disability & paid time off.
Some of the job duties would include but are not limited to:
- Writing Estimates
- Addressing customer issues
- Quality Control
