BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Associate to join our reimbursement services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable for select payor organizations, external businesses, or clients, ensuring timely payment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage dedicated accounts receivable for select payor organizations, external businesses, or clients
- Complete claim denial management functions to ensure timely follow-up with denied claims
- Process balance transfers, adjustment requests, refunds, and corrected claims as part of accounts receivable management responsibilities
- Communicate accounts receivable status with internal customers within service office locations
- Coordinate requests for additional data or workflow between internal revenue cycle departments
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of experience with healthcare collections/accounts receivable experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel
- Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions
