Title: Food Services Coordinator
Facility: St. Joseph's Main Hospital
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily food service operations including preparation, distribution and service to patients, cafeteria, catering and other customers.
- Oversee and maintain quality control monitors and takes corrective action as necessary.
- Assist with TM functions to include interviewing, performance appraisals, disciplinary action, coaching and scheduling.
- Coordinate TM orientation, training and competency assessment.
- Monitor the overall security of the department. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education
- Required - High School or Equivalent
Certifications
- Requires ServSafe Manager food safety certification within 1 year of hire.
Experience
- Required - 1 year - Food Service
- Preferred - 1 year - Coordinator Role
