Bayliss Boatworks is currently hiring from all industries to join us on our mission to build the best custom sportfishing yachts in the world.
We are looking for dedicated mechanical systems technicians for our service yard and our new construction crews, to service and install marine systems. Our mechanical technicians are responsible for all mechanical systems on the boat which includes but is not limited to - hydraulic and electronic steering systems, refrigeration systems, chilled water HVAC systems, freshwater systems, Seakeepers, and running gear. The mechanical department is also responsible for all boat moves using our 150 ton Marine Travelift as well as our CAT Skidder and hydraulic trailer so heavy equipment experience is a plus.
