Digital Marketing Coordinator for Healthcare Company – Lewisville TX
BayMark Health Services is looking for a creative and adaptable Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage digital platforms for assigned BayMark owned service brands including coordination of website redesigns, managing relationships with digital vendor partners, project management of associated traditional marketing activities and other marketing initiatives as directed. The coordinator will also provide marketing support services to the SVP, Marketing and Business Development and Digital Marketing Manager.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Execution of day-to-day marketing responsibilities that drive growth, consumer engagement, and patient retention for assigned projects.
- Write clear marketing copy to promote BayMark Health Services brands as assigned.
- Proofread and edit web content before publication.
- Coordinates implementation of SEO and on-going SEO project management in collaboration with vendor. Manages other digital products to grow the brand(s) digital footprint and drive qualified inquiries to the affiliated treatment centers.
- Works in coordination with Digital Marketing Manager on various digital tasks relating to blog management, list management, reputation management, content repurpose, and overall digital improvement.
- Manages, listens and responds accordingly to all owned digital and social media channels. Actively participates with cross-functional team members to achieve project goals.
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Creates relationships with field directors to coordinate website updates, manage requests for marketing support and assist with requests for new marketing material, trafficking requests as needed.
- Conducts all business activities in a professional and ethical manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills.
- Proficient with Wordpress CMS
- Trending knowledge of social media best practices, trends, and analytics
- Foundational knowledge of SEO and HTML is helpful but not required
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple priorities.
- Must be a self-starter, creative, proactive, organized and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the willingness to learn new programs as required.
- Must have a detail-oriented approach and be able to maintain a high level of ownership and accuracy.
- Must have strong presentation skills.
- Proven competency with MS Office applications
- Adaptability in a challenging and dynamic environment; understands and works well in a matrixed organizational structure.
