As a Recovery Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct supervision to clients, enforcing policies and procedures, and observing and supervising medication administration. You will also be responsible for offering growth opportunities, encouragement, and support to clients based on the application of the 12 Steps in real-life situations.

- Provide direct supervision to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Enforce policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients.
- Observe and supervise medication administration, maintaining accurate medication logs and records.
- Offer growth opportunities, encouragement, and support to clients based on the application of the 12 Steps in real-life situations.
- Serve as an intermediary between clients and their clinicians, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Transport clients to and from 12-step meetings, medical appointments, and other activities as required.
- Document observed behavioral issues and client interactions, providing valuable insights to clinicians and other support staff.
- Participate in the admission and discharge process, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
- Attend groups, take notes, and log information into the EMR as necessary.
