The Area Manager will plan and oversee the daily operations of the service area to ensure Bayonet goals and objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hire and increase retention levels for HVAC Service Technicians
- Manage five or more technicians, ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness
- Review technician performance and daily calls for accuracy
- Guide service technicians and elevate their level of customer service
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving complex residential HVAC system issues
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and service-related issues promptly
- Assist in managing inventory to ensure ready availability of parts and equipment
- Uphold all safety standards
- Adhere to all Departmental policy and procedures
- Demonstrated experience as an HVAC Service Manager or in a similar leadership role for two years or more
- Thorough knowledge of residential HVAC systems
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in inventory management
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HVAC industry safety standards and regulations
- Relevant HVAC certifications (e.g., EPA certification)
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background and pre employment drug test
