Scheduling Coordinator Home Care
Bayshore Home Care is growing and we are seeking a dedicated and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in our Pinellas County offices. The ideal candidate should have experience in a Home Care/Medical office and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with our clients and staff.
- Scheduling field employees (CNAs and HHAs) for private duty home care services ranging from 4 to 12 hours shifts
- Communication with clients and families regarding scheduling
- Assisting field employees with information regarding client care.
- Documenting all calls regarding client issues, staffing issues
- Notifying clients and field employees when scheduling changes occur
- Will provide the on-call team with up to date information on all current clients and employees

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week in person
