Business Development
Baytech Recovery is an Information Technology asset disaposition (ITAD) company who specializes in IT asset buyback, E-Waste Services, Refurbishing and more. We have over a decade of experience in the IT field and are looking to add additional members to our team. In the current environment, several companies are shifting business practices and likely either going remote or downsizing. We are looking for talent that can help our clients dispose of their IT assets in a secure and compliant manner. Our company currently has an opening for a Business Developer who can further the company’s client growth efforts, as well as attaining better leads and help the growth of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
- Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Experience in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
- A can do attitude is required even if you do not have experience in the IT field
Compensation
- Hourly pay varies based on experience
- Percentage of the sale is given to the rep based on deal
- This job is comission driven so the more deals you bring, more you get paid

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
