Located in Gonzales, Texas; reporting to the Production Foreman, maintain wells and pipeline systems, report production and sales data and optimize production.

Position Details
Located in Gonzales, Texas; reporting to the Production Foreman, maintain wells and pipeline systems, report production and sales data and optimize production.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Visit every site daily.
- Read gas meters and tank gauges.
- Read/record well pressures.
- Prepare and input accurate and timely oil and gas production data.
- Collect run tickets and deliver to integrators.
- Troubleshoot and report production issues or inconsistencies.
- Log and report all maintenance, equipment and well service events.
- Inspect and maintain well sites, equipment, and the general location.
- Inspect and maintain compressors and pumping units.
- Inspect, maintain, and operate Company-owned equipment and vehicles.
- Maintain professional working relations with landowners, community, and business contacts.
- Report environmental issues immediately, assist with clean-up, and perform preventive maintenance to avoid or minimize future problems.
- Take action to optimize oil and gas production from each well and/or pipeline system.
- Coordinate work with contract personnel.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Maintain a valid Texas driver’s license.
- Basic computer skills.
- Industry or related experience preferred.
- Able to work with minimal supervision, have good judgment and decision-making skills.
- Able to be on call 24/7.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50# above the waist.
- Must be about to ascend/descend firewall crossovers and tank battery stairways.
- Must be able to climb and work from a ladder.
- Must be able to use hand-tools (hammer, pipe wrench, etc.)
- Must be able to work in the extreme elements of South Texas.
