What are the responsibilities and job description for the Curbside position at BB's Tex-Orleans?
The Curbside job is to receive, manage and fulfill our curbside/to-go orders. The curbside job operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Curbside position must provide excellent customer service skills, and accuracy with all orders.
Curbside Job Expectations
- Daily priorities include accurately packing and staging orders for customer Curbside orders.
- Ensure pickup orders are complete before they leave the building, following up with customers on any returns, order changes / mistakes, or abandoned orders.
- Communicating and providing assistance with online Curbside customers via the phone.
- Ensure work areas and equipment are kept clean, tidy, sanitary, and prepped well during and after the shift.
Ideal Curbside candidate:
- Pay is $8.00 an hour plus tips
- Friendly, motivated, self-driven and willing to go the extra mile to make a memorable experience for Curbside customers.
- Has a high level of accuracy/attention to detail and is able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while working within deadlines a must.
- Kitchen/Serving experiences a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
