As a Client Success Manager, you will lead campaign execution for North America, drive performance, and build trusted client partnerships that fuel renewals and long-term revenue growth.
Your Key Responsibilities And Impact
- Act as the primary post-sale contact for direct advertising campaigns, ensuring seamless communication with clients, agencies, and internal teams.
- Own end-to-end campaign management—from kickoff through delivery—while ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Media Planning, Editorial, Ad Ops, Analytics) to optimize performance and exceed client expectations.
- Develop high-impact client-facing materials including wrap reports, mid-campaign insights, and strategic renewal presentations.
- Drive campaign renewals by delivering compelling performance analysis, storytelling, and post-campaign recommendations.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client success or campaign management within digital media or advertising.
- Proven track record in executing and optimizing digital campaigns, including display, video, social, or branded content.
- Proficient in tools like Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, Monday.com, and SharePoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive client narratives.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with premium content publishers or FAST, audio, and branded content campaigns.
- Familiarity with analytics, research, or social listening tools.
- Strategic thinker with a consultative, client-first mindset.
- Background in aligning advertising efforts with broader marketing strategies.
- Creative approach to problem-solving and performance storytelling.
