The training program is defined as an independent, yet supportive environment in which the junior analyst will acquire skills in real estate finance, market analysis, and commercial investment analysis. The position involves a mixture of desk and field work, with new challenges and opportunities presented as the analyst builds a body of knowledge.
The focus is on-the-job learning, as analysts will be responsible for managing their own caseload, seeing assignments through to completion. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate or Economics or related discipline with 1 - 2 years of commercial real estate experience required
- Strong quantitative skills with experience building real estate valuation models

Salary Range:
$60,000 - $90,000 Base with opportunity for Performance Bonus
