Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience at our restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Provide recommendations for menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Assist with food preparation as needed to maintain efficiency during peak hours.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience and respond promptly to requests.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to help guests feel welcome and valued.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experiences.
• Familiarity with food preparation processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
