BC Wood Products is Hiring for the Nailer / Helper position in the manufacture of our pallets. The Ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager for career progression, and is focused on the safety and well-being of themselves and their team.
1. Performs all assigned duties in a safe manner without posing a danger to self or others
o Follows verbal and posted safety rules at all time, including wearing the proper PPE for each task
o Willing and able to follow verbal instructions (in English or Spanish) from members of Management
2. Assembles pallets, crates and other products using hand tools
3. Lifts 50 lbs or more repeatedly throughout 10 hour workdays
4. Physical Demands:
? Constant (5-8 hrs/day): Standing, Bending, Stooping, Talking, Hearing, Reaching, Lifting & Moving, Carrying, Pushing or Pulling Objects
? Frequent (2-5 hrs/day): Walking, Kneeling
5. Operate following hand tools for extended periods of time without fatigue:
o Pneumatic nail gun
o Pneumatic staple gun
o High speed electric drill
o ½â?? drive impact wrench
6. The majority of this work is performed inside, but outside work will occasionally be required
7. Other duties as assigned to them.

Salary : $24,500 - $31,000
