Benefits Coordinators Corporation (BCC) is a third-party employee benefits administrator and a leader in developing services designed to help our clients run more effective employee benefit programs. We have been experiencing explosive growth and are currently adding a Benefits Administrator. In practice, the core activities of the job include:
- Billing and administrative functions of COBRA and benefits plans
- Process enrollments, update carriers, handle status changes, and process documentation of insurability and carrier follow-ups
Strength and skills necessary for success in the role:
- Previous experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook will be helpful
- 1-2 years related office experience preferred
- Strong written and oral communication
