BC Forward is currently seeking a highly motivated Administrative Transaction Processor in Glen Burnie, MD 21061.

Job Title: Administrative Transaction Processor

Duration: 04 Months

Location: Glen Burnie, MD 21061

Anticipated Start Date: 09/30/2024

Job Type: Contract (40 hrs a week)

Pay Rate: $16 to $17/Hr on W2.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Worker Schedule: Shift = MTFSS, 7:30am - 4pm (Days Off Wed/Thurs)

Job Description:

Provides administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as mailroom sorting and machine operation, high and low speed mail opening and scanning, exceptions processing and similar activities.

Will perform one or more of the following duties:

• Receives, sorts, scans, and distributes incoming mail and materials.
• Operate mail sorting, mail opening and mail capture equipment.
• Processing payments, payment capture, reject handling
• Standing, Walking, and Lifting up to 10 lbs.
• Operate 10 key adding machine.
• Complete accuracy and compliance testing as needed.
• Performs clerical task functions as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
