Bclip has an open position on our pre production team. The ideal candidate would be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and being part of a team with excellent organization and communication skills paying special attention to all the details that make for a great product from early planning to the final delivery, the producer is a vital part of the team. Bclip has an open position on our production team. This position is client facing and leads projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate would be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, be detail oriented, and have experience being part of a team. Applicants must be fluent with Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite. Experience with organizing software like Monday.com would be a plus.

Tasks include:

Project Planning & Pre-Production

• Own projects from intake, ensuring clarity on scope, budget, and creative goals
• Write project briefs and align internal teams around deliverables and timelines
• Manage scheduling, casting, location planning, and pre-production logistics
• Prepare the production team with all materials and context needed for success

Production & Post-Production Oversight

• Support the team during shoot days, providing real-time coordination from the office
• Manage post-production timelines and ensure final deliverables meet expectations

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships, especially with repeat business accounts

Required Skills

• A firm grasp of production workflows from pre-production through post
• Strong communicator who’s comfortable managing schedules, talent, timelines, and expectations
• Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, Dropbox, Monday.com, Wipster is a plus
• A true team player with a client-first attitude, calm energy under pressure, and strong attention to detail

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our team during every phase of production: sales, scripting, pre-production, production, post-production, and final delivery.
• Communicate with clients and lead relationships for repeat business
• Travel when needed

Candidates while being creative also must be professional, organized, and reliable.

Experience:

• Experience in video production, event planning, or creative project management (preferred)

Work Location:

• Asheville, NC - in office with occasional travel

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Possible weekend work
