What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wire Support Specialist position at BCT (Bank of Charles Town)?
BCT - Bank of Charles Town is looking for a Wire Support Specialist to join our amazing team. Position requires ability to support Branch network and Commercial Department with a focus on Wire services. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist with Incoming/Outgoing Wires; Commercial Incoming/Outgoing Wires, Mortgage Incoming Incoming/Outgoing Wires
- Assist the Director of Digital Banking, Cash Management Support Lead and the Wire Department
- Provide timely responses to all customer inquires
- Process incoming wires from the Federal Reserve
