Requirements
- Communicate in a positive manner
- Bring a professional and well groomed appearance to the job
- Be able to execute a recovery strategy and know when to get a manager involved.
- Know how to properly set up the dish area.
- Set up a 3 compartment sink and a hand sink
- Know how and where to fill and stock dish chemicals.
- Understand chemical safety and proper storage
- Prioritize items to wash
- Properly wash dishes and silverware
- Be familiar with proper glassware handling procedures.
- Understand how to dispose of broken glass safely.
- Learn procedures for taking out the trash.
