What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control Auditor position at Be Additive?
Nature of Duties:
- Perform Quality Control inspections of new and repaired products before shipment
- Monitor production and repair processes
- Support customer data requests, including first articles and certificates of compliance
- Conduct periodic audits of production in compliance with ISO and TL standards
- Support product and process improvements to meet quality goals
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Soldering experience or certification preferred
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610, J-STD-001 standards
- Familiarity with ISO9001/TL9000 standards
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 8D Problem Solving, and 5S
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Agile
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and suggest improvements
- Availability to work overtime when required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
