- Lawn Care Laborer position offers a stable Monday to Friday schedule . While the majority of your time will be spent during standard business hours, occasional on-call duty may be required, typically arising once every two months, to address urgent client needs. THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR Experience in lawn maintenance or laborer work Reliable transportation to and from work daily Physical stamina to work on your feet for 8
